From November 26th to 30th, the 2nd China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Supply Chain Expo") was held in Beijing. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region organized over a thousand representatives from the political and business sectors, entrepreneurs, professional audiences, and buyers to participate in the expo and its supporting activities. Various departments such as the Inner Mongolia Trade Promotion Association, Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Department of Commerce, Department of Ecology and Environment, Market Supervision Bureau, and Energy Bureau, as well as governments from cities like Bayannur, Baotou, Ulanqab, Erenhot, Ordos, Alxa League, and Wuhai, sent representatives to participate in the exhibition and related activities, engaging in economic and trade matchmaking to find more partners for cooperation in key industrial chains.


Fourteen companies from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region showcased their products in the Clean Energy Chain, Advanced Manufacturing Chain, Green Agriculture Chain, and Supply Chain Service areas, bringing high-end equipment manufacturing, wind and solar green new energy, and "famous, excellent, special, and new" agricultural and livestock products to the exhibition. "The enthusiasm of Inner Mongolian enterprises to participate in this Supply Chain Expo is higher, the level of technology is higher, and the scale of participation has further expanded," said Miao Zengyu, Vice President of the Autonomous Region Trade Promotion Association. The total exhibition area for Inner Mongolian enterprises reached 1,170 square meters, higher than the first Supply Chain Expo. Among them, Shuangliang New Energy Technology (Baotou) Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Jishuo Technology Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Co., Ltd., and Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. are all participating in the Supply Chain Expo for the second time.


Shuangliang New Energy Technology (Baotou) Co., Ltd., located in the Clean Energy Chain, focuses on the research and development, production, and sales of high-efficiency photovoltaic components, based on its leading advantages in photovoltaic equipment and silicon materials. It is currently the largest component mass production enterprise in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.


On the Advanced Manufacturing Chain, Baotou Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. and China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation (CASIC) are two enterprises. The former is an important strategic mineral resource base, an important steel industry base, and the largest rare earth industry base in China. The latter is a modern enterprise group that has successfully developed more than a hundred types of strategic, tactical, and space solid rocket engines.


The nine green agriculture chain exhibitors each have their strengths. Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd. ranks among the top five in the global dairy industry and has been the top in Asia for ten consecutive years. It is the largest and most comprehensive dairy product enterprise in China; Inner Mongolia Jishuo Technology Co., Ltd. stands out in the field of digital animal husbandry and has built a complete data governance solution for the livestock industry's big data; Inner Mongolia Fufeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is mainly committed to the research and development, production, and sales of amino acids, bio-polymers, and other bio-fermentation products and their derivatives, with products sold nationwide and exported to more than 100 countries and regions; Inner Mongolia Grassland Red Sun Food Co., Ltd. has established a traceability system for product batches and key links, as well as a supplier grading management system, making production operation management and product quality management more systematic and standardized...


Erenhot Jiameiqi China-Mongolia-Russia E-commerce Co., Ltd. exhibited in the Supply Chain Service area. The company implements an interactive business model between the catering service industry and cross-border goods online and offline, achieving the optimization of local original ecological products and consumers, maximizing consumer experience, and meeting the needs of customers and producers.


Compared to the first Supply Chain Expo, the work of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in participating in the second Supply Chain Expo has significantly improved. Miao Zengyu said that 44 enterprises from the autonomous region registered, and after screening, 14 enterprises were selected to participate, including 9 enterprises in the green agriculture chain, 3 enterprises in the advanced manufacturing chain, and 2 enterprises in the clean energy chain and supply chain service areas.


"By using the Supply Chain Expo as a platform for investment promotion and resource aggregation, we help relevant enterprises in our region to establish cooperative relationships and reach cooperation intentions with domestic and foreign suppliers and buyers, promote the upgrade, extension, and strengthening of our region's industrial chains and supply chains, and promote trade and investment cooperation between upstream and downstream industries."
