CAIJING Press, November 21. The Ministry of Commerce has issued a number of policy measures to promote the stable growth of foreign trade. These measures include enhancing the guarantee capacity of maritime transportation for foreign trade and strengthening the labor service for foreign trade enterprises. Support will be given to foreign trade enterprises to strengthen strategic cooperation with shipping enterprises. Greater efforts will be made to support foreign trade enterprises in reducing burdens and stabilizing employment posts. The policies such as the refund of unemployment insurance for job stabilization and the guaranteed loans for entrepreneurship with interest subsidies will be implemented as required. The handling mode of "direct subsidy and quick handling" will be vigorously promoted to reduce the operating costs of enterprises. Key foreign trade enterprises will be included in the scope of enterprise labor service guarantee, and the guidance and service of human resources and social security specialists will be strengthened.
