The 15th International Agri-Trade Policy Conference (IATPC), a concurrent event of the 2nd China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, will be held in Beijing on November 25th.

With "The Development of China's agricultural Trade in the Wave of re-globalization" as its core topic, this International Agricultural Trade Policy Forum follows the pace of The Times and focuses on key global and domestic issues. The forum will explore hot topics such as the current situation and future direction of China's agricultural trade, sustainable agricultural development and technological progress, and innovative practices of agricultural service trade. Through this conference, the organizers aim to promote dialogue and cooperation on global agricultural trade, share advanced ideas and success stories on global agricultural management, and jointly discuss how to build a safer, more inclusive and more sustainable agricultural supply chain and industry chain to meet the challenges and opportunities brought by globalization.


As a concurrent event of the second China International Supply Chain Promotion Expo, it is expected that there will be government departments such as the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, local agricultural institutions, research institutions, chambers of commerce and agricultural multinational companies. And representatives of international organizations such as the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and the World Food Programme (WFP).


As the first national exhibition on the theme of supply chain, the second Chain Expo is scheduled to be held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi New Hall) in Beijing from November 26 to 30, 2024, with an exhibition area of 100,000 square meters. It covers six sections: advanced manufacturing chain, clean energy chain, intelligent automobile chain, digital technology chain, healthy life chain, green agriculture chain, and a supply chain service exhibition area. The green agriculture chain section will show the whole agricultural industry chain from "field" to "table", including agricultural production, agricultural product processing and agricultural product circulation, focusing on the information and intelligent agriculture, aiming to inject new impetus into agricultural development and promote the green and sustainable development of the entire agricultural industry chain.
